Appointment bookings are often made online as this is the quickest way to book. Regular clients have the priority to book in salon and often book before they leave.

Victoria’s Beautique calendar is open 24/7, it is recommended to book in advanced.

Victoria’s Beautique encourages clients to read all service descriptions carefully, and ensure that enough time has been booked for the desired result. Extra time on the day will not be accommodated for.

If you’re not sure how much time will be needed, have a question about booking or would like Victoria’s help please get in touch at victoriasbeautique@outlook.com.

In instances of incorrect or inaccurate contact information being provided, it is the client’s responsibility to identify these errors and email victoriasbeautique@outlook.com to have them rectified.

Automated text and email correspondence will be delivered to the client to confirm any appointments booked, using the details provided by the client. Additionally, a reminder message will be delivered at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the appointment.

We realise that things can happen to make you late for an appointment, but all bookings are carefully timed, therefore please allow plenty of time to ensure you arrive at the correct time. If you are late for your appointment by 10 minutes or more, the treatment will be adjusted and shortened to accommodate the time we have left. If there is not enough time to carry out the treatment it will be cancelled.

In the event of cancelled treatment you will be charged full treatment price. We may waiver at our discretion depending on circumstances. Regular late arrival and/or breach of policies will not be allowed to impact on our other clients, therefore it may lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in again.

Victoria’s Beautique asks clients to reach out if they will be late at 07376 360597.

The time booked for the client is reserved for the client’s exclusive use. When appointments are rescheduled, missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, Victoria’s Beautique is often unable to fill the vacancy.

Should the client need to cancel their appointment, Victoria’s Beautique requests at least 48 hours notice before the commencement time of the appointment. Cancellations after this 48 hour time frame will result in forfeit of the deposit and a invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost to be sent to the email address and phone number provided, or for the card stored on file to be charged.

If the client wishes to reschedule an appointment, they must make a new booking with a new deposit on the online booking system. The deposit payments will come off your treatment bill, however if it is a last minute rescheduling and the slot can not be filled this may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or cancellation fee.

I Victoria understand that things happen so I will be as fair as I possibly can.

Please cancel through Victoria’s Beautique online booking website. Links to cancel or reschedule are at the bottom of every confirmation email. Alternatively please call 07376 360597.

I know many of us have been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic and continuing to be effected. For Victoria’s Beautique

  • If I feel ill or have symptoms of C0vid-19, I will self-isolate immediately and not open the salon. This may mean that I have to cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again as soon as it’s safe to do so.
  • If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us before your appointment.

My top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and rejuvenation to clients, and my resolve is stronger now than ever before. I have been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step of treatment processes to ensure I meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.

  • You will receive a medical consultation form the day before your appointment via text, please click on the link in the text to fill out the consultation form. This form only needs to be done once a year.
  • I am grateful for my location, as your exposure to risk is low as the footfall into the beauty studio is minimal compared to other salons.
  • The entrance is only used for access to the treatment room or facilities, it is not used for long periods of time. Therefore there is no seating available, if you are early for your appointment please wait in your car.

  • As normal tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.
  • For Manicures and Pedicures I have put a system in place where clients have there own nail files in there individual bag, which is kept in salon.

I have carried out a risk assessment on all treatments and I’ am confident that all treatments can be carried out safely.

I want to reassure you your safety is at the heart of my new working plan. I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trade body for our industry.

I  understand the importance of keeping the salon well sanitised and hand hygiene and I will ensure that I wash my hands in according with NHS recommendations before the start of your treatment.

I will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments please let me know and I will do what I can to satisfy you.

In order to avoid handling of cash, we would prefer if you could pay for your treatment by card.

All retail skincare products are regularly sanitised, if you would like to purchase any products please ask. I will be happy to chat with you about the skincare that you can use at home.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety, our families and that of myself. I will continue to take advice from the Government, the NHS and my industry governing bodies regarding safe practice and I will amend them as necessary.
